COMPETITION RULES, ENTRY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Entry Terms and Conditions:

You have to login your google account before submit your entry.
Select your category, fill-up the complete form and make a payment of entry fee as mentioned.
Please add our email ID in your safe senders, as you will get all the notifications from the same email ID.
Before mailing your Artwork, make sure your image should be smaller then 5MB.
Image must be 1920 pixels and 72 dpi on largest side.
Image should be in JPED format with color space sRGB.
All candidates will receive a digital certificate. Hard copy of the certificate should be couriered on request. Courier charges will applicable for the hard copy of certificate.
Top three 1st, 2nd, 3rd winners will receive winners kit including framed certificate, medal and exiting gift and prices.

Competition Rules:

Our communication language is only English.
Our competitions are open to all Artist.
For our kids art competition (candidates below age of 18 years), parents, guardians or anyone over 18 years of age can submit entry on behalf of the kids.
We accept maximum 3 entries from any artist per category, per competition.
All submitted art work will be judged by our judges.
The decision of URBAN ART COMMUNITY would be the final.
We consider your submission as you have read, understand and accepted all competition rules, terms and conditions.
Submitted art Must be the artist’s original design and concept.
Submitted art work will not infringe or misappropriate any third party’s intellectual property rights.
Candidate is responsible for all submitted art work for competition. URBAN ART COMMUNITY is not responsible or liable for any dispute regarding any submitted content’s copy right, permissions, and licenses.
If any dispute accrued for your submitted art work, that entry will consider not eligible and entry payment forfeit.
Candidate own or have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to authorize URBAN ART COMMUNITY and its media partners to use your Submitted Art for marketing and promotional purposes of the competition only.
Candidate hereby grant the URBAN ART COMMUNITY a non-exclusive, irrevocable license in each Entry throughout the world in all media for any use in connection with the competition.
URBAN ART COMMUNITY may publish any material you submit, post, upload, email or otherwise transmit to it or to the website at its sole discretion and it shall be entitled to make additions or deletions to any such material prior to publication.
We accept submission only on our website.
